Hello! Welcome back to our blog. If you are a follower then you may know that we have been slacking on our blog posts recently. We have been focused on our YouTube channel but we are back at it today with a very fun blog- our NYC IMATS HAUL AND GIVEAWAY!
We spent last weekend in New York city with our boyfriends and spent Saturday at IMATS. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, IMATS stands for the International Makeup Artist Trade Show. We got to check out a lot of different brands and get them for discounted prices. We also got to meet a bunch of amazing ladies who also have YouTube channels. BLACK METAL DAHLIA
I picked up a very pretty lip tar that admittedly is a little out of my comfort zone but I absolutely love it. It is so pretty and I'm so excited to create some looks with this.
NSFW- GOLD LACED RED
This red color is SO RED. Like I don't know how to say it any other way. I have never tried a lip stain so I didn't expect it to be this bright and heavy but I love it! These were $10 each at IMATS but they run for about $18 normally.

We both bought one of these amazing palettes. I used mine and it worked perfecting for highlighting and contouring. We got these for $13 but they retail for $18. So worth it. Look at how big it is! We have heard great things about Morphe and now we can agree!

Stay All Day Liquid Liner!
This is so pretty and I can't wait to start wearing it for spring. I got this for $13 but it is originally around $20. It is Turquoise and so blue! I love it!

Jessica got this lipstick stand that holds all kinds of lipsticks, including drugstore lipsticks! These were on $12 at the show!

We both bought a big variety of lashes to try out. Jessica did my eyelashes for IMATS and I absolutely loved them. She just used some random lashes I had but I loved the way they looked and the way they made my eyes pop. I will definitely be wearing fake lashes more often.

TAT2U
I decided to get some lipsticks from a company that I had never heard of. Tat2U has some very bright and fun colors! This one is called Poison-berry. It is a lot darker in the tube than it is when you apply it. It almost looks purple in the packaging but goes on like a pretty red.

Eye Kandy
While we were waiting in the Sigma Line we met an amazing girl who we ended up hanging out with the whole day. Her mom worked for Eye Kandy so we decided to check out the booth. We ended up getting three colors from their glitter collection. Toffee, Twizzle Stick, and confetti. It was $30 for three glitters, the liquid sugar, and a brush! I see tutorials in our future!

Jessica bought some beauty blenders. Neither of us have ever owned the original beauty blender, we have always used the off-brand ones. I am excited for her to try them out so she can let me know if they are worth splurging on!
